WeDo Hammocks Return and Refunds Policy

We want you to purchase from us with confidence, therefore we offer a hassle-free extended returns policy, as we understand you may change your mind.

Order cancellation

You can cancel your order up to 30 days after your order is delivered and we’ll provide you with a hassle-free full refund. You don’t need to give us a reason for cancelling, however, we reserve the right to ask in order that we can improve our offerings. Please be advised of the following conditions to an order cancellation:

  • You’re responsible for the cost of delivery to the address supplied by us if you’ve changed your mind. It’s strongly recommended that you obtain some form of insurance cover/proof of delivery to protect yourself against any loss in transit.
  • Goods must be returned unused and in its original packaging.
  • The deadline for receipt of any returned goods is 40 days from the date of delivery.

Order damaged or faulty

Please inspect your goods closely at the very earliest opportunity following receipt, and if any defects or damaged are found, contact us within 24 hours in order that we can assist. Keep the original packaging, and if possible, take photographic evidence for any items that have been received damaged. We’ll be happy to address any problems and assist with the return or replacement in accordance with your wishes. We’ll pay for any delivery of returned goods that are found to be damaged or faulty upon receipt.

Returns process

If for any reason you’ve decided to return your purchase, please contact us in the first instance. We’ll provide you with a returns instruction, which will include the address for return and any other information specific to your purchase. Upon receipt of your return, subject to our terms and conditions, we’ll provide you with a full refund, irrespective for the reason for your return.
