All delivery is free, simple!

In order to keep it simple, all shipping and delivery costs are absolutely free; it doesn’t get better than that! 

Most orders placed before midday are dispatched on the same day…

We know how important fast delivery is when shopping online and that’s exactly the reason we provide overnight express delivery on most of our offerings.  If you place an order before midday, we’ll dispatch your goods the same day! 

Order confirmation

Following your order being placed, we’ll send you an email to confirm it’s in our system.  We’ll ensure your order is prepared and ready for dispatch using one of our express carriers. 

Delivery times

Although the majority of our offerings arrive within 48 hours, please note, there are some instances whereby the delivery time can take longer depending on brand, therefore to manage expectations, please review the table which provides estimated delivery times:

In the very unlikely event you’ve not received your order after 5 calendar days, please contact us and we’ll investigate according.

Specific delivery times

Please contact us if you would like to have your goods delivered on a specific date.  We appreciate the importance of occasions such birthdays, anniversaries, weddings and so on, therefore will do our absolute upmost to get your purchase to your destination on the date requested.  However, please be advised that we are at the mercy of any carrier, therefore cannot, and should not, provide any guarantees.   

Order delivery

Depending on the carrier, we’ll send you an email informing you that your order has been dispatched and provide you with a tracking number.  You can use this to track your order or contact the carrier directly with specific delivery instructions. If you’ve not received an email from us 3 days after order, please contact us and we’ll investigate accordingly.

Shipment out for delivery and confirmation goods delivered

Depending on the carrier used will depend on the information we’re able to provide you with regarding your delivery.  Some carriers will provide confirmation that your order is out for delivery and confirmation that it’s been delivered – however some don’t.  If in doubt, please contact us and we’ll happily contact the carrier directly on your behalf.

Unachievable delivery times

We’ll contact you immediately, if for any reason, we’re unable to fulfil or deliver your order and offer you the choice of an alternative or full refund.

Damages

Please inspect your goods closely at the very earliest opportunity following receipt, and if any defects or damaged are found, contact us within 24 hours in order that we can assist.  Remember to keep the original packaging, and if possible, take photographic evidence for any items that have been received damaged.  We’ll be happy to address any problems and assist with the return or replacement in accordance with your wishes.

Order cancellation

Please contact us immediately if you’d like to cancel your order and we’ll provide you with a no-hassle full refund.  Cancellations received after dispatch will be treated as a return in accordance with our return policy.

Overseas delivery and delivery to the Isle of Wight

Please contact us if you require delivery to the Isle of Wight or outside of the UK and we’ll gladly do what we can to help you out.
